CariPro Electric Toothbrush Review & Giveaway!

 

Until recently I was a manual toothbrush kinda gal…I guess I like to do things the hard way. Last Christmas, my mom stuck a Quip toothbrush in my stocking. I was excited to try it out in hopes that it would help keep my smile whiter and help with overall oral hygiene. While I did love the Quip, after trying the cariPRO Electric Toothbrush by Smile Brilliant, I had no idea what I was missing out on! 

If you’ve been following this blog for a while, you might remember that I partnered with Smile Brilliant and used their at home custom fitted whitening trays to get my smile wedding ready! I loved using Smile Brilliant’s whitening trays so much  I was ecstatic when they reached out about teaming up to try out their cariPRO electric toothbrush. I’ll be honest here, at the end of the day between the coffee, and food I consume, my mouth can feel kinda gross. And while I’ve used electric toothbrushes here and there in the past, those brands I was using only had one setting, so I never got to experience what an electric toothbrush like the cariPRO can offer. With 5 different brush modes and 40,000 vibrations / minute, I had no idea what a clean mouth felt like until I started using the cariPRO toothbrush. How clean is clean? What are these brush modes? Let’s break it down:

Clean

The Clean setting is the first setting on the CariPro Electric Toothbrush. This is the basic setting that does exactly what it says…cleans your teeth but at a level where you’ll see 7x more plaque removal within 2 weeks compared to using a manual toothbrush. Yes, please!
 

White

The White setting works a little harder on your teeth to clean surface stains. I can totally tell a difference when using this setting, and try to use it after my morning coffee…just not every day as it is a little rougher on the gums. This setting get’s the job done and keeps my pearly whites, white and pearly. By using the cariPRO, you can have noticeably whiter teeth with just one week of regular use! 
 

Massage

This setting is a little extra treat for the mouth. I like to pair the massage with the white or clean setting and give my gums a little extra TLC. The massage setting gently vibrates to help clear out extra plaque and helps serve as an extra step to treat your gums.
 

Gum Care

Gums deserve some love too. This is a lower setting of massage like pulses that really helps take care of your gums. If you’re guilty of not flossing as much as you should, this setting is for you (and me). 
 

Sensitive

If you experience any tooth sensitivity or loss of enamel, this setting is for you! Heck, even if you don’t this is a great setting to give your teeth a little break from the more intense settings but still achieve the clean your mouth needs. I use this setting the majority of the time and still feel like my teeth and gums are the cleanest they have ever been!
 

 

How long do you brush your teeth? Did you know that it is recommended we brush at least twice a day for two minutes each time? Before the cariPRO, I’m sad to admit I am not confident I was brushing for those suggested 2 minutes. The cariPRO electric toothbrush has a 2 minute timer, that pauses between four 30 second intervals to let you know it’s time to move onto a different quadrant of your mouth. I absolutely love this timer feature because it makes sure that I am reaching all areas of my mouth and getting the nasty germs and bacteria taken care of. 

So, you’ve heard about the brush modes and the timer…what else could there be! Let’s talk some of the other features that have forever converted me from a manual or generic electric toothbrush to the cariPRO lover for life…

  •  Battery Life: on a full charge, the cariPRO rechargeable battery will last for up to 4 weeks. You’ll also receive a charging base that allows you to recharge the toothbrush. 
  •  Head Replacement: I received the Individual Package from Smile Brilliant that includes 2 Quick-Click Brush Head Replacements. Rather than going out and buying a new toothbrush, I am able to replace the heads making this a true long lasting  investment toward better oral hygiene 
  • Design: The cariPRO handle features a soft silicone grip, making it easy to hold and comfortable to brush with. Overall, the toothbrush is slim in design which I love because it makes it easy to pack for travel, and it doesn’t take up a ton of counter space.

 

If you can’t tell by now, I am a huge fan of this toothbrush. I think to achieve the best oral hygiene, an electric toothbrush is the way to go, and the cariPRO checks all boxes in terms of functionality, effectiveness, and design. Not only does this electric toothbrush more than get the job done, but it is also affordable. Honestly, the biggest reason why I hadn’t switched over to an electric toothbrush prior to this was price.
