It’s no secret that my love for Target runs deep. Where else can you get a cute pair of shoes AND avocados? This weekend I paid my local Target my weekly visit. I was pleased to come across a new, oh so cute and affordable clothing line, Universal Thread. I was instantly drawn to the new Target collection. The items are bright, spring-like, and clean. Universal Thread actually reminds me of clothing you would see at Madewell, but for a fraction of the price (win, win). There are some really great staple pieces I found, like clean linen blouses, and basic tees. Universal Thread also offers some on trend pieces like embroidered denim and adorable jumpsuits. Extra points in my book for offering a range of sizes, including plus. I’ve highlighted my favorite pieces from the Universal Thread line for you…check the details out below! If you have bought any Universal Thread, I’d love to hear what you think!

Red Giraffe Designs is my go to store for handmade, unique and custom jewelry. Some of my favorite creative gifts that I’ve ever given have come from Red Giraffe Designs. This shop is near and dear to my heart, because they are based in my home, Columbus Ohio (O-H!). But if you are not in Columbus, don’t worry, you can still order their custom pieces through the Etsy Shop! The pieces by Red Giraffe Designs are truly unique, and can be made so special for your gift recipient. I love the customizable mantra cuff bracelets and stamped bar necklaces. Can’t think of something witty for a personalized piece? No problem, there are several pre stamped designs as well as other statement jewelry like this dainty compass necklace, quartz wrapped bracelets, and tassel earrings.
