Celebrating all of life's lovely twists
Want to spread holiday cheer to your friends and co-workers, but don’t want to break the bank? This post is for you. I like to think of myself as the QUEEN of creative gifts ideas (and affordable) for my friends and co-workers…they seem to enjoy the thoughtfulness each year…unless they’re just being nice? Nevertheless you won’t be faulted for spreading holiday joy and your wallet won’t be hurting with these gift ideas.
You may notice a theme throughout this gift guide. When I’m gifting to a group that has multiples (like a group of girlfriends, or co-workers), I like to create little gift sets. I look for something practical, useful and thoughtful that can be broken up into multiple gifts. For example, if I’m giving to girlfriends – I might pick up this lip gloss set from Beautycounter, break the set apart and pair a lip gloss with a cute ornament. I’ve just created 5 gifts for a fraction of the price it would be to buy full on individual gifts for someone.
*Around $8.50 per gift (If splitting linked products among 6 gifts).
*Around $9.75 per gift (If splitting linked products into 4 gifts).
Who doesn’t love a little bubbly? Especially around the holidays and to ring in the New Year! Pick up a pack of mini champagne add a cute gift tag to it with some warm greetings and wishes for a great new year! Anyone would appreciate this thoughtful touch, and it’s a small gift they can enjoy without adding extra stuff to their house.
*Around $5.00 per gift (If splitting linked products into 4 gifts).
If you’re a baker, let your talents shine and give the gift of cookies! Who can turn down some homemade holiday cookies? Not this girl. There are so many cute tins and boxes to pack your goods up in. Package some sweet treats up! Here are some of my favorite cookie recipes:
