Jade rollers are also used to brighten skin and tighten pores, as well as make it easier for skincare products to penetrate more deeply Almost immediately after using my jade roller I notice my face feels less puffy and inflamed. I find it’s best to use in the morning or if you’ve been over indulging (wink, wink).

Dr. Teal’s Foaming Bath
Few things beat a nice hot bubble bath. I upped my bath game by adding Dr. Teal’s Foaming Bath...yes, it’s as relaxing as it sounds. There are a variety of scents but I find this Ginger & Clay option to be refreshing and always makes me feel so zen afterwards.
I don’t know about you but I’m ready to get my face massaging, face masking and bubble bathing on! Having a little you time doesn’t have to break the bank.
